As a Service Advisor for Penton Motor Group you will be responsible for creating and maintaining a fantastic experience for all of our customers throughout their vehicle's journey with us.
The ideal candidate would have experience in the Hospitality Sector, will already have an understanding of what it takes to provide fantastic customer service and possess a natural ability to achieve and maintain high standards in both customer satisfaction and personal administrative organisation.
Full onsite training will be provided on an initial and on-going basis, with support from the manufacturers, offering courses and accreditations for both Peugeot and Citroen Brands. Some literacy in computing skills and word processing will be required.
No Motor trade experience required, we will give you that!
A full driving licence is essential, as is the ability to work well within our current team.

An uncapped OTE of between £25,000 and £30,000 per annum including bonus and commission could be expected for the right candidate.
Working hours are 8:00am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday; Saturdays are 8.30am - 12.30pm on a rota basis, no double or late shifts.
