Customer Service Administrator required for our growing Salisbury Service Department.
We are looking for an experienced administrator for our service department within our Salisbury
Branch. You will be responsible for the administration for the customer's journey throughout our
Service Department including, pre visit preparation, Invoicing, Filing, some Warranty admin,
and helping the service manager with reports etc. . You will need to be able to follow processes
and liase between different departments.
The ideal candidate would ideally have Main dealer experience and fully understand the
importance of excellent customer service. Previous experience using Pinnacle would be an
advantage however training would be given.

Main hours are 8:30am to 5:30 pm Monday to Friday, with some flexibility on a 40 hour week.
In return you will be paid £20;000 per annum.
