Contact Centre Advisor - Part Time | Wiltshire | Penton Motor Group

We are looking for a flexible individual to join our small team in our contact centre at our Christchurch branch. The position will be for 8.30am - 5.30am weekdays and Saturday 8.30am - 12.30pm. The position will initially be for 3 days (Monday, Wednesday & Thursday) but as our company expands we may need to add additional hours so we would like an adaptable, flexible candidate willing to help cover busy times, holiday and sickness within the department. This may include some Saturdays.

Our company is growing and we need more staff to work within our group. We are looking for enthusiastic and positive individuals who possess excellent communication skills, who can follow processes and are dedicated to delivering high standards of customer service. As a business owned and run by family – Customer satisfaction is of the upmost importance to us. We have sites in Christchurch, Poole and Salisbury. You will be taking incoming calls for bookings in all our branches, taking online bookings and making outgoing calls to ensure we are providing the best service.

The ideal candidate will need to be computer literate, have the ability to multi-task, flexible and confident.
