We want to employee a bright and energetic individual who would like to become a modern leader within our industry. Our program will take you through our aftersales customer facing area on reception, workshop control, administration, parts, and finishing on management.
You will receive in house training, attend the manufacturers academy using their web based training, virtual training, attending the academy based in Coventry, and of course hands on experience.
The process will take two to three years depending on the effort given by the successful candidate. At the end of the process you may be offered an opportunity as an assistant manager, supporting one of our line managers.
The motor trade is a changing industry and we recognize the need for a bright people to help manage the changes happening now and in the future. The position will be a Monday to Friday working week with Saturdays on a Rota basis.
To apply you will be a confident, intelligent, ambitious individual. You will need to be qualified to a degree level from 2-2 to a first. People are at the heart of our business so will need to be a people person, friendly and willing to help as well as show an excellent level of accuracy.
