The battery range of New Citroën ë-C4 - 100% ëlectric allows you to travel up to 217 miles (WLTP combined cycle). The WLTP protocol (Worldwide harmonised Light vehicles Test Procedure) gives users a more precise and realistic view of the range values according to the actual use of the vehicle.

WHAT FACTORS AFFECT ELECTRIC RANGE?

SPEED AND DRIVING STYLE

Driving at high speeds or with harsh acceleration uses more battery power, so will reduce your potential range.

HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING

These systems use your car's traction battery to heat and cool the car, so can impact your range by up to 35% between spring and winter. Using your car's climate control pre-conditioning is one of the most efficient ways to increase your range, as the car interior is already at a comfortable temperature when you set off.

ADDITIONAL WEIGHT

Carrying around unnecessary luggage or items in your car could impact the vehicle's range.

THE TERRAIN

Roads with a steeper gradient can demand more power from the traction motor, using more battery power and reducing your potential range.

CHARGING MODES

SIMPLE AND CONVENIENT CHARGING SOLUTIONS

There are various ways to charge depending on the mileage you cover daily and the charging solutions available to you.

• At home on a 7.4 kW wall box, it will take approximately 7 h 30 mins to recharge your car's battery fully. If you have three-phase power available to you, you can specify the optional 11 kW onboard charger and fully charge your car's battery in 5 hours using a compatible wall box.
• Using a public charging point with a 100kW rapid charger, charging times are even faster than on the wall box: the battery can charge from empty to 80% in 30 minutes.

Your Citroën retailer can introduce you to our charging partner Pod Point, who can quote, supply and install a 32A home charging point (wall box) compatible with your car. New ë-C4 - 100% electric will be eligible for the Electric Vehicle Home Charge Scheme from the Government, allowing you to receive a grant towards the installation cost (subject to your application meeting eligibility criteria).

THE CHARGING SOCKET

The charging socket features a colour-coded LED indicator that helps you visually follow the charging process. You can also check the charging status via the My Citroën app.

Charging is simple and can be scheduled - for example you can programme the car to charge at off-peak times to benefit from lower electricity costs. You can schedule a charge either using the touchscreen in the car, or on your smartphone via the My Citroën app.

SERVICES DEDICATED TO ELECTRIC MOBILITY

MY CITROËN

MyCitroën app allows you manage a number of functions from your phone remotely+:

• Check the level of charge and available range of your vehicle
• Set charging times
• Set the start of heating/cooling preconditioning, the temperature inside the cabin will be automatically set to 21°C

POLAR PLUS

We've partnered with POLAR, the largest public charge network in the UK, to offer Citroën customers buying a brand new ë-C4 a 6 month free subscription (normally £7.85 per month) to POLAR Plus. This offers access to a wide range of public charging points, many of which do not incur any extra charge for electricity used.

TECHNOLOGY

ELECTRIC AND INTUITIVE

New Citroën ë-C4 - 100% ëlectric has several intuitive interfaces that are easy to read and use.

• The digital driver's display clearly shows the remaining battery charge level and range. It also displays the power indicator and the energy flows.
• The specific pages of the 10" touchscreen, positioned in the centre of the dashboard, display the energy flow, statistics chart, and the controls for scheduled battery charging.
• When the car is charging, the screen displays useful information viewable at a glance: remaining charge time, current range, and charging speed.
