Job Description:

 An exciting new role is being created at Penton. Our company is growing and we will shortly be opening our first Group Contact Centre located at our Christchurch branch. We are looking for enthusiastic and positive individuals who possess excellent communication skills, who can follow processes and are dedicated to delivering high standards of customer service. As a business owned and run by family – Customer satisfaction is of the upmost importance to us.

As a Contact Centre Advisor your primary role will be taking incoming enquires for our 4 Service Departments. You will be required to advise customers of the work required for their vehicle to keep it in the best condition. Database cleansing will also be part of your daily role. The ideal candidate will need to be computer literate, flexible and confident.
